At EVPEIWE, we fully stand behind the quality of our EV charging equipment and strive to deliver a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or free product exchange.

Return Eligibility Rules

  1. All returned goods must be kept in original complete packaging, including charging bag, accessories, user manuals and original carton.
  2. Products must be unused, unmodified, and free of scratches, stains, water damage or obvious signs of wear.
  3. You must provide your order confirmation email or purchase receipt when submitting a return request.
  4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and original delivery costs will not be refunded.
  5. Damaged, customized or clearance goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Limited 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All EVPEIWE portable chargers, charging cables and EV adapters come with a 2-year limited factory warranty, valid from the date your order is delivered.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in raw materials and internal assembly of our EV charging products, including control boards, copper conductors, certified plastic housings and built-in safety circuits.

Warranty Exclusions (Void Coverage)

  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, self-repair or tampering of internal components
  • Scratches, cosmetic wear, cable aging from long-term daily use (normal wear and tear)
  • Damage from improper power supply, unstable grid voltage, generators or uncertified extension cords
  • Water immersion, heavy rain flushing, corrosion, fire, impact or accidental collision
  • Over-current operation beyond the product’s rated current limit
  • Use with incompatible vehicle ports or non-compliant charging stations
  • Commercial rental, racing, long-term outdoor industrial use
  • Lost serial labels, removed brand markings or products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers

Standard Terms & Conditions for Product Sales

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays
  • Calendar Day: Every natural day of the year
  • Carrier: Official logistics providers we cooperate with for global delivery
  • Contract: Purchase agreement formed when we confirm your order
  • Goods: EVPEIWE portable chargers, charging cables, NACS/Type2/J1772/GB/T EV adapters and matching accessories
  • Order: Your submitted purchase order on evpeiwe.com
  • Order Confirmation: System email sent by EVPEIWE to confirm your valid order
  • Price: Final product price displayed on our website at checkout

    All written communications include official support email correspondence.

2. Contract Formation

These terms govern all orders placed via evpeiwe.com. Submitting an order counts as your purchase offer; a legally binding sales contract is formed once we send your official order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasonable reasons such as out-of-stock items or abnormal order information.

3. Product Descriptions & Specifications

We make every effort to ensure all product photos, parameter descriptions and connector compatibility information on evpeiwe.com are accurate. Minor color differences caused by screen display or printing are not regarded as product defects.
We reserve the right to adjust product specifications to comply with updated international safety certifications (CE/FCC/RoHS) without prior notice. If you receive goods inconsistent with our official description due to website typographical errors, you may return them following our 30-day return policy.

4. Order Cancellation Rules

We may cancel your order before shipment under the following conditions:
  1. The product is permanently discontinued and cannot be restocked
  2. Force majeure events disrupt supply chains for over 5 working days

    If we cancel your order, all paid funds will be fully refunded to your original payment account, and we will notify you via email.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on evpeiwe.com are final at the time you place your order. Any valid promotional voucher applied during checkout will be locked for your order, even if the promotion expires later.

If obvious price errors appear on our website, we will contact you to confirm the actual price before dispatch; you may cancel the order free of charge if you disagree with the corrected price. Confirmed orders will not be subject to subsequent price adjustments.

6. Global Delivery

We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $35 worldwide, covering more than 100 countries and regions. Delivery service is only available to territories supported at checkout.
Delivery is completed when the goods are received at your designated shipping address. Product risk of loss or damage transfers to you once delivery finishes, while ownership passes to you only after full payment is completed. Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics or force majeure are not our liability.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive defective, broken or mismatched EV charging products, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We offer three solutions: full refund, free replacement or complimentary repair, based on the actual product condition.

Non-eligible Claim Scenarios

  • We clearly marked product defects on the product page before your purchase
  • Damage caused by improper use of EV equipment (unsuitable voltage, mismatched vehicle connectors)
  • Natural aging, minor surface scratches or normal consumption of consumable parts such as charging gun rubber heads

8. Force Majeure

EVPEIWE shall not be liable for order delays, product shortages or shipping failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, power outages, network failures, port congestion, customs detention, strikes, war, epidemic restrictions and other emergency incidents.

10. Assignment & Third-Party Rights

We may transfer our contractual rights to authorized brand partners, and we will notify you by email if this occurs. Your consumer legal rights will not be affected by such transfers. You cannot assign your order rights without our written approval. This sales contract only applies to you and EVPEIWE; no third party holds enforceable rights under these terms.
If any clause of these terms is deemed invalid by local consumer regulatory authorities, the rest of the terms will remain fully effective. Failure to enforce any of our rights once does not waive our right to enforce the same clause in future disputes.

11. Governing Law

These terms, your purchase contract and all disputes between you and EVPEIWE shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. As a global consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your resident country. All disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of mainland China courts.
