Evpeiwe is committed to product quality and strives to deliver a satisfactory shopping experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you may submit a return application within 30 days to enjoy a hassle-free refund or exchange service.
To qualify for a refund or return, the returned items must be kept in original packaging, without any damage or signs of use, and must be accompanied by an order receipt or valid proof of purchase. All return shipping fees are borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.

Product Warranty

All items purchased from our store are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
This limited warranty only covers material defects and assembly flaws of the products. Any unauthorized disassembly, modification or alteration of the product will immediately void the warranty, and the product will no longer be eligible for warranty services.

Standard Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods

These standard terms apply to all commodity sales transactions on the official Evpeiwe website (evpeiwei.com). All purchase orders placed on the website shall be deemed acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Unless otherwise agreed by the context, the definitions of relevant terms in these terms are as follows:
Business Day: Any day except Saturday, Sunday and statutory bank holidays;
Calendar Day: Any day of the year, without restriction of holidays or weekends;
Chosen Carrier: The logistics provider we cooperate with to deliver goods to customers;
Contract: The commodity sales agreement reached between the customer and Evpeiwe;
Goods: The products ordered by customers and confirmed in our order confirmation;
Month: A calendar month;
Order: A purchase application submitted by customers on the official website;
Order Confirmation: The official notice issued by us to review, accept and confirm customer orders;
Pre-Contract Information: Public transaction information including product parameters, prices and customers’ legal rights;
Price: The amount payable by customers for purchased goods.
All references to "writing" and similar expressions in these terms include electronic communications sent via email.

2. Formation of Contract

These sales terms serve as the legal basis for commodity transactions on the Evpeiwe official website and constitute the foundation of the transaction contract between customers and us. By submitting an order, the customer issues a purchase offer, and we reserve the right to independently review, accept or reject any order. The transaction contract between both parties shall take effect and be legally binding once we issue the order confirmation, which will be delivered to customers in written or email form.

3. Product Description and Specifications

We have made every effort to ensure that the product images, parameter descriptions and promotional content on the official website are consistent with the actual products. Due to objective factors such as printing color difference and electronic screen display differences, absolute consistency between promotional content and physical products cannot be guaranteed. However, we shall not be exempted from liabilities for product description errors caused by our own negligence.
We strictly comply with legal regulations and guarantee that all sold goods meet the contractual standards. If we identify non-human errors such as textual or input mistakes in product descriptions, price displays or promotional materials on the website, we will correct them as soon as possible. Customers who receive incorrect goods due to such information errors may apply for return or exchange in accordance with our return policy.
We reserve the right to adjust product specifications and parameters without prior notice to comply with national safety standards, industry norms and relevant laws and regulations.

4. Order Terms

All orders submitted on the Evpeiwe official website are subject to these sales terms. Before goods are dispatched, we may cancel orders under the following circumstances:
1. The goods are out of stock and cannot be restocked (including discontinued or delisted products);
2. Force majeure events persist for more than 5 working days and hinder normal performance of obligations.
If we cancel an order and the customer has completed payment, we will fully refund the original payment and notify the customer of the order cancellation details via official email.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

The final settlement price of goods shall be subject to the price displayed on the official website on the date of order placement. The validity period of limited-time special prices and promotional prices shall be subject to the official activity instructions. Promotional offers require valid promo codes or coupons to take effect; orders without valid promotional credentials shall not be eligible for preferential prices. Orders submitted during the valid promotional period shall enjoy the preferential price even if our order confirmation is made after the activity expires.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time, and such adjustments will not affect confirmed and valid orders.
We strictly verify website prices during order processing. If the displayed price is higher than the actual standard price, we will charge the lower price; if the displayed price is lower than the actual standard price, we will actively contact the customer to confirm subsequent processing solutions.

6. Delivery Terms

We only provide delivery services for countries and regions displayed on the checkout page; areas not displayed are not supported for delivery temporarily.
We will verify pre-contract transaction information during order confirmation. Without force majeure or special customer agreements, goods will be delivered within a reasonable period after the contract takes effect.
Delivery is deemed completed when the goods are signed for by the customer or designated recipient at the specified delivery address, or when the customer completes in-store pickup.
The risk of damage or loss of goods shall be borne by us before delivery completion, and shall be transferred to the customer after delivery. Customers obtain full ownership of the goods after full payment is completed.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We guarantee that all sold goods are of qualified quality, normal function, and consistent with pre-sales descriptions and sample standards (including supporting digital content of the goods). If you find quality defects, transport damage, incorrect or missing items after receiving the goods, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to apply for a refund, repair or replacement.
Within 30 calendar days from the date you receive and obtain ownership of the goods, you may reject non-compliant goods and apply for a full refund, or request free repair or brand-new replacement.
The following situations are not eligible for after-sales claims under this clause:
1. Defects or problems of the goods have been clearly informed by us before purchase;
2. The goods are used for unconventional purposes without prior notification to us, resulting in product damage;
3. Product faults or damage are caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, intentional damage or negligent use.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any performance failure or delay caused by unforeseeable, uncontrollable and unavoidable objective factors beyond our reasonable control. Force majeure events include but are not limited to power failure, network failure, third-party labor disputes, strikes, civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, earthquake, ground subsidence, terrorist attacks, war, epidemic situations and other major natural disasters.

10. Other Important Terms

We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party (such as brand business integration or transfer) without impairing customers’ legitimate rights and interests, and will notify customers in writing in advance. Customers’ legitimate after-sales and transaction rights will not be affected.
Customers may not transfer or assign their rights and obligations under these transaction terms without prior written approval from Evpeiwe.
This transaction contract is only binding on both parties (customers and Evpeiwe). It does not benefit any third party, and no third party has the right to interfere with, claim or enforce any provisions of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be automatically void without affecting the legal validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to exercise any rights under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights; waiver of a single breach shall not be deemed acquiescence to subsequent similar breaches.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These sales terms, transaction contracts and transaction relations between both parties shall be governed by the effective laws of the People's Republic of China. Both parties agree that transaction disputes shall be subject to thenon-exclusive jurisdiction of mainland Chinese courts. Customers are also entitled to mandatory consumer rights protection laws of their country of residence. All disputes and claims arising from these terms and relevant transactions shall be adjudicated in accordance with the effective laws of China.
